Lee Cooper has over a decade of experience with numerous Healthcare Systems and Private Practices developing clinical content and managing all aspects of the athenaPractice and athenaFlow (formerly Centricity) EMRs. He has also been a very active member of the Centricity Healthcare Users Group community through his many contributions to the mailing list, forum, and presentations at the CHUG conferences. he has served on the CHUG Board as Member-At-Large, on the Website sub-committee and as Webmaster. Besides this extensive IT experience, he has clinical experience with a background in both inpatient and outpatient multi-specialty nursing for over 30 years. Lee also leads online training classes in beginning and intermediate Visual Form Editor.
David Shower began working for the University of Oklahoma Medical School in Tulsa in 2006 and spent nearly 10 years developing clinical content with Visual Form Editor and managing all aspects of their athenaFlow (formerly Centricity) EMR and its interfaces. He has also been an active member of the Centricity Healthcare Users Group online community. In addition, he has served on the CHUG Board as a member of the Technology Committee before joining Logical Innovations in 2016. Previous to OU-Tulsa, he spent over 20 years in Information Technology, working on everything from end-user training and support to server and networking activities. He can also support CCC content and can write SQL queries for CareLynks rules and report queries for clinics. He frequently assists customers with more complex content for CareLynks. David also leads an online class in developing templates for CareLynks.
Michael Thompson is a family physician with a degree in computer science prior to going back to medical school. He has been using athenaPractice and athenaFlow (formerly Centricity) EMRs since his residency. He founded Logical Innovations, LLC and designed and built the Visual Form Editor software to provide clinical staff with an easier method to develop content for their practices. He continues to work at a community health center as a family physician as well as developing computer software. He assists other team members with consulting projects when needed.
