Bug Fixes

1. Fixed error where Overwrite option for SETVALUES buttons was not properly displayed when modifying a button
2. Removed unneeded quotation marks that are sometimes included in exported clinical kits when importing
3. Updated installation to allow an administrator to install the software for an individual that doesn't have administrative privileges.
